Railway Communication. Martinborough is just now twelve miles from the railway line, but its trade is advancing at such a rapid rate that there has already been talk of railway communication. The residents are so confident on the subject that they have offered to construct the line at their own expense, and to hand the whole thing to the Government, and accept 3 per cent, for the money invested.
