SOCIALIST REVOLUTIONARY 1 PARTY. Received November 5, 7.34 a.m. ST. PETERSBURG, November 4. The murderess of M. Maximovsky was an instrument of the 1 Socialist Revolutionary Party, who had already killed six governors of prisons. (M. Maximovsky was chief of the St. Petersburg Prisons Department).
