Letters and Letter Cards.—lnland,; for United Kingdom and British possessions, Id for 4 ozs. or traction thereof, and United States of America, 3d for each J oz. or fraction thereof. Note—"lnland" in eludes the Cook Islands—namely, Karatonga, Mantua, Atiu, Aitutaki, Mitiaro, Mauke, pnd Hervey (Manual) ; also Palmerston (Avarua), Niue, (Savage), Pukapuka; (Danger), lialraaora, Manahiki, Pen- . rhyn, (Tofgareva), and Snwarrow Islands, and British New Guinea, I<l for eash half ounce or fraction thereof. All other places ?Jd for each half-ounce or fraction thereof. Post Cards—All places, single, Id, replyId. Commercial Papers.—Town, Jd, if not exceeding half ounce, and Id for the not 4oz or fraction thereof, and jjtd for each • succeeding 2oz or fraction thereof.
