DESECRATION BY MILITARY .-....> OFFICERS. - -.- THREE ARRESTS MADE. Received November 1, 9.10 p.m. ..PRETORIA, November 1. Lieutenant Clark, of the Yorkshire Light Infantry, and Lieutenant Herring, of the Royal Engineers, and Dickson, an ex-civil servant, have been arrested here for desecrating' the late President Kruger's grave. ■ (The statuary about the tomb was damaged and one figure overturned).
