Id for 4 ozs. or fraction thereof, and United States of America, Id for each £ oz. or f raction.tfaereof. Note—"lnland" in eludes the Cook Islands—namely, Raratonga, MangMa, Atiu, Aitutaki,. Mitiaro, Mauke, and Hervey (ManuaiJ; a'so Palmerston (Avarua), Niue, (Savage), Pukapuka (Danger), Rakaant a, Manahiki, Penrbjn.
