SLAVERY AND TYRANNY. Received Ociober 29, 8.55 a.m. LONDON, October 28. Mr Murdoch, a Baptist missionary who has lately traversed the Congo crown domain, gives a harrowing description of the slavery and tyranny in the country under King Leopold's special staff.
