Note—"lnland" in eludes the Cook -Is'ands—namely, Karatonga, Mungua, Atiu, Aitutaki, Mitiaro, Manke, and Hervey (Manuai); also Palmerston (Avarua), Niue, (Savage), Pukapuka (Danger), ltaknant a, Manahiki, Penrhjn, (Tc gareva), and fuwarrow Islands, and Biitish New Guinea, Id for each half ounce or fraction thereof. • All other places for each .half-ounce or fraction thereof.
