BALLOON COMPETITION.

INTERNATIONAL RACE. Received October 25, 7.50 a.m. NEW YORK, October 24. The German balloon Pomern won the International Cup from St. Louis, Missouri, traversing 880 miles, and finishing twenty-five miles in front of the second balloon, which was also of German make.
