Letters and Letter Cards.- Inland,. | for United Kingdom and British possessions, Id for 4 ozs. or fraction thereof, and United Sta-tes of America, Id for each £ cz* or fraction thereof. Note—"lnland" in eludes the Cool.- Islands—namely, Karatonga, ManguH, Atiu, Aitutaki, Mitiaro, Mauke, End Hervey (Manußi); also Palruerston (Avarua), Niue, (Savage), Pukapuka (Danger), Eaknanr a, Manalrki, Penrhjn, (To gareva), and Suwarrow Islands, and Biitish New Guinea, Id for each half ounce or fraction, thereof. All other places 2£d for each half-ounce or fraction thereof. Post Cards—All places, single, Id, reply Commercial Papers.—Town, Jd, if mXfc' exceeding half ounce, and Id for 4oz or fraction .thereof, and Jcl' for each succeeding 2oz or fraction thereof.
