Feverish selling of large blocks of railway shares continues in New York, many yesterday touching the lowest price recorded for years. A BETTER FEELING PREVAILING. Received October 22, 12.22 a.m. NEW YORK, October 21. A better feeling prevails on the New York stock market owing to the projected reorganisation of the various banks. Those banks investigated have been found to be solvent. The committee of the Clearing House asserts that the banks wi'l be able to meet the calls upon deposits.
