EXCITEMENT IN WALL STREET. NEW YORK, October 18. There is excitement in Wall Street owing to the failure of the Otto Hcinze Company, of New York, who failed to corner the United Copra shares. The suspension is announced of the State Savings Bank of Butte City, one of the Heinze institutions. Received October 20, 4.1S p.m. NEW YORK,-October 19. The shares of the Union and Pacific American Smelting Company, Amalgamated Copper Company, Chicago, Milwaukee and St. Paul Railway Companies fell at Wall Street to the lowest level since 1897. The heavy selling and weakness is largely owing to - the Clearing House discussing the affairs of several banks. The market was steadier later.
