THE SHIPPING FEDERATIONS.
AN INTERNATIONAL STRIKE FUND. Received October 18, 8.31 a.m. LONDON, October 17. The majority of the Shipping Federation delegates favour the formation of an international strike fund for laying up all vessels in a port affected, instead of importing strike breakers, as was done in the case of the Hamburg and Antwerp strikes.
