SECRET TACTICAL EXERCISES. Received October 15, 8.24 a.m. LONDON, October 14. The Nore division of the Home Fleet combines to-day with the Atlantic and Channel Fleets (Admiral Lord Charles Beresford's command) for four clays' secret tactical exercises in the North Sea. Then there will be a lengthy study of the problem of corpedo attacks and defence. It will be the first time for fifty years that one hundred warships have concentrated in the North Sea.
