Note—"lnland" in eludes the Cook Islands—namely. Karatonga, Mangsia, Atiu, Aitutaki, Mitiaro, Mauke, end Hervey (Manuai); also Palmerston (ivarua), Nine, (Savage), Pukapuka (Danger), Itakaanra, Manahiki, Penrhjn, (To gareva), and Suwarrow Islands, and British New Guinea, Id for each half ounce or fraction thereof. All Oilier places 2Jd for each half-ounce or fraction thereof. Post Cards—All places, single, Id, reply Id. - "W* Commercial Papers.—Town, Jd, if tjot exceeding half ounce, and Id for the not 4oz or fraction thereof, and Jd for each succeeding 2oz or fraction thereof. Inland, Id for (he first 4oz or fraction there-._ cf. and Ad for each succeeding 2oz of" fraction thereof. All other places 2£d for the first lOoz, and t|d for each succeediug 2oz or fraction thereof. Pattern and Sample Packets not exceeding 2oz, £l, over 2ozas for "all other places." All other places not exceeding 2oz, Id ; aveiy aelditional 2oz or fraction thereof, Id. Magazines (not registered).—All places, |d per 2oz or fraction thereof.
