THE CAUSE OF THE DISEASE. WHAT STATISTICS PROVE. Received October 10, 8.13 a.m. MEW YORK, October 9. Dr Cook Adams, reporting to the Chicago Board of Health, contends that -Aatiatical investigations in Europe, Great Britain, and the United States fully corroborate, earlier Australian observations, which point to the fact that the o-reat increase in cancer cases is due to increased consumption of animal foods, particularly of diseased animals.
