NORTHERN BOWLING ASSOCIATION.

By Telegraph—Press Association. WELLINGTON, October 8. The Northern Bowling Association of New Zealand held its annual meeting to-night. Thirty-two delegates were present. There are 47 clubs affiliated to the Association with a membership exceeding 3,400. Mr A. M.' Myers, Mr.yor of Auckland, 'was elected president for the ensuing year, and Mr J. M. Men ie vice-president. Mr J. H. Meiitif.hy was reelected secretary and treasurer, and Mr H. F. Allen auditor. Mr F. W. Haybittle was elected Chairman of the Council. The Westport Club was added to the list of affiliated clubs. The balance-sheet showeJ a credit of £125. Captain Edwin, the retiring chairman, was presented with a silver inkstand and oak and silver tray for Mrs Edwin.
