A masting of the newly-elected delegates to the Carterton United Friendly Societies Sports Committee, was held in the Foresters' Hall, on Saturday evening. Mr C. Reid was elected chairman. It was decided to hand the profits from the sports meeting over to the Fire Brigade. The following officers were elected:— Patron, Mr P. Molloy; President, Mr G. W. Deller; Vice-Presidents, Messrs H.
