CONTRADICTION OF A REPORT. By Telegraph—Press Association. CHRISTCHURCH, October 7. The statement previously telegraphed, to the effect that the arbitrator, Mr Day, S.M., to whom was referred a dispute between the commissioners of the Exhibition and William Minson regarding the conditions under which Minson undertook to provide accommodation at the Exhibition for school children, had given a decision in favour of Minson on all points in dispute, and awarded costs in accordance with the Supreme Court scale, is incorrect. The decision will not be given for some time.
