The Daily Telegraph's Rabat cor- , respondent states that it is reported that Britain has informed the Sultan that the fears cf captivity are dangerous owing to Kaid Sir Harry MacLean's advanced age, and demands his release. It is reported that Raisuli claims a ransom of 400,000 dollars, and also the governorship of Tangier for him self and the governorship of anethe* port for an adherent.
