Note—"loJand" in eludes the Cook Islands—namely. Raratonga, MongtiH, Miu, Aitutaki, Mitiaro, Mauke, pnd Hervey (Manual); also Pal* inerston (Avarnn), Nine, (Savage), Pukapuka (Danger), liukuurn a, Manaliiki, Penrhjn (To gareva), and hitwarrow Islands, and British New Guinea, Id for each half ounce or fraction thereof All other places 2sd for each half-ounce or fraction thereof." Post Cards—All places, single, Id, replyId. Commercial Papers.—Town, sd, if not exceeding half onnco, and Id for the not 4oz or fraction thereof, and for each succeeding 2oz or fraction thereof. Inland, Id for the first 4oz or fraction thereof, and Ad for ettch succeeding 2oz or ft action thereof. All other places 2Jd for the first Kioz, and for each succeeding 2e7. or fraction thereof. Pattern and Sample Packets not exceeding 2oz, $ over 2oz as for "all oth- r planes."
