Note—"loJand" in eludes the Cook Islands—namely. Raratonga, MongtiH, Miu, Aitutaki, Mitiaro, Mauke, pnd Hervey (Manual); also Pal* inerston (Avarnn), Nine, (Savage), Pukapuka (Danger), liukuurn a, Manaliiki, Penrhjn (To gareva), and hitwarrow Islands, and British New Guinea, Id for each half ounce or fraction thereof All other places 2sd for each half-ounce or fraction thereof."
