This afternoon the Police Offences Bill was reported from Committee with an amendment making it an oiFence for any person to use words or initials leading to a supposition contrary to fact that he w&s possessed of a degree, diploma, or certificate of any University or other institution. M.B.'s who are registered medical practitioners, are exempt from this provision if they style themselves "Doctor."
