CREW SUFFER TERRIBLE HARDSHIPS. -

The crew of the American barque Prussia have reached New York after being wrecked on Staten Island, in June last. The captain died from cold. The crew suffered tsrrible hardships for 40 days. The ship's carpenter built a boat, and a party of three reached New Year's Island. A whaleboat rescued those who remained.
