A UNIVERSITY OF HUMANITY.
AN APPEAL BY GENERAL BOOTH. Received September 25, 8.16 a.m. QUEBEC, September 24. General Booth has arrived at St. John's, New Brunswick. The General has stated that he proposes to. appeal to the millionaires for funds to establish a University of Humanity, with head institutions on both sides of the Atlantic, and with affiliated colleges everywhere, to teach humanity how to deal with broken hearts and reclaim the criminal, the drunkard, and the outcast.
