AN UNWELCOME VISITOR. By Telegraph—Press Association. CHRISTCHURCH, Sept. 25. A heavy nor'-wester sprang up. last evening, and raged in Christchurch all to-day, flinging great clouds of dust through the "streets and over the buildings. Jl'he air is oppressively hot and enervating. The visitor is the worst nor'-wester of the season.
