Note—"lnland" in eludes the Cook Islands—namely. Earatonga, Maligna, Miu, Aitutaki, Mitiaro, Mauke, find Htrvey (Manual); also Palrnerston (Avarua), Nine, (Savage), Pukapuka (Danger), Hakaawa, Manahiki, Penrhjn. (To gareva), and Sinvarrow Islands, and Biitish New Guinea, Id for each half ounce or fraction 'thereof. All other places ?£d for each half-oun.ee or fraction thereof.
Post Cards—All places, single, Id, reply Id.
Commercial Papers.—Town, Jd, if not exceeding half ounce, and Id for the not 4oz or fraction thereof, and jjd for each succeeding 2oz or fraction thereof.
