PUBLIC notice is hereby given thut a poll will betaken on THURSDAY, the26ta day of September, 1907, on the following proposal ; "The Masterton Borough Council hereby give public notice thai such Council pioposes to raise a Special Loan of Twelve Thousand Pou ds for: —New Building?, Manufacturing Plant, Extension of M.ms and V'ervici3, Meters, Stoves and Fittings,' and Contingencies for the Masterton Corporation Gasworks; and to make an annually recurring Special Rate of 24-G Uhs of a penny in the pound on the unimproved value of all rateable property in the Borough of Masterton as security for the interest and sinking fund in c;nncciion with sucb loan. The whole of the loan is to be repayable on the 31st day of Decern ber, 1926. It is not proposed to pay out of the loan moneys the cost of raising the loan or the first year's interest of the loan during the construction of the said works. The Polling Booths are situeled as follows: Drill Hall, Hall Street. Fire Brigade Stat on. Queen Street, (Kuripuni Branch). Polling hours from 9 a.m. in the forenoon to 6 in the afternoon. R.
