INTERNATIONAL DAIRY CONGRESS.
Received September 20, 8.45 p.m. THE HAGUE, September 20. The Dairy Congress recommends that the nations represented at the ■Congress prohibit the butter from countries not accepting obligations regarding the substances mixable with butter,or not possessing efficient controlling organisation able to secure the purity of butter. The Congress also recommends the prohibition of butter, which is not provided with a State guarantee mark.
