THE CAPE PARLIAMENT.

DEADLOCK PRACTICALLY ENDED. Received September 19, 9.50 a.m. CAPETOWN, September 18. The deadlock in the Cape Parliament, caused by the blocking of Supply, has practically ended. Following on the announcement of the Premier. Dr. Jameson, that he was advising the Governor to dissolve Parliament forthwith, the Assembly voted partial Supplies. The Governor accepted the Premier's advice, and Parliament will be dissolved. The elections for the Council will begin in November, and those for the Assembly in February. The Council will vote the supplies asked for.
