PUBLIC notice ia hereby given thh.t a poll will be taken on THURSDAY, tbe26ta day of Sepcember, 1907, on the following proposal ; "The Masterton Borough Counoil hereby give public notice that such Council pioposes to raise a Special Loan of Twelve Thousand Pout ds for:—New Buildings, Manufacturing Plant, Extension of Mans and Pervicas, Meters, Stoves and Fittings, and Contingencies for the Masterton Corporation Gasworks; and to make an annually recurriDg Specialßateof 24-64ths of a penny in the pound on the unimproved value of all rateable property in the Borough of Masterton as security for the interest and sinking fund in connection with such loan. The whole of the loan is to be repayable on the 31st day of Decern ber, 1926. It is not proposed to pay out of the loan moneys the cost of raising the loan or the hist year's interest of the ban during the construction of the said works. The Polling Booths are situated as follows: Drill Hall, Hall Street. Fire Brigade Station, Queen Street, (Kuripuni Branch). Polling hours from 9 a.m. in the forenoon to 6 in the afternoon. B.
