(From the New Zealand Postal Guide.) Letters akd Letter Cards.—lnland, for United Kingdom and JJrit sh possessions. Id f,>r 4 ozs. or fraction thereof, and United States of America, Id for each J v.z. or fraction thereof. Note—"lnland" in eludes the Cook Is'ands—namely. Raratonga, Mnng«ia, "tiu, Aitutaki, Mitiaro, Mauke, end Hervey (Manual) ; also Palmerston (Avarua), Niue, (Savage), Pukapuka (Danger), liakaam a, Manahiki, Penrhjn. (To- garevn), and fcuwarrow Islands, and British New Guinea, Id for each half ounce or fraction thereof. All other places for each half-ounce or fraction thereof. Post Cards—All places, single, Id, reply Id. Commercial Papers.—Town, sd, if not exceeding half ounce, and Id for the not 4oz or fraotion thereof, and for each succeeding 2oz or fraction thereof.
