By Telegraph—Press Association. DUNEDIN, September 16. The Bakers' and Tailoresses' Unions endorse the Otago Trades and Labour Council's manifesto re the Arbitration Act Amendment Bill. The former expresses its regret at the hostile attitude to labour by the Government, especially by the Minister of Labour, as expressed in the Bill.
