CHRISTCHURCH SUPREME COURT.
By Telegraph—Press Association. CHRISTCHURCH, September 16. At the Supreme Court, this morning, a young man named Michael Lineham was sentenced to 18 months' imprisonment for forgery and theft, to be concurrent with the sentence of 12 months accused is already serving. In the divorce suit Fenerty v. Fenerty, Mr Justice Chapman held that the payment of alimony could be enforced by attachment.
