PANIC-STRICKEN JEWS. Received September 13, 8.14 p.m. LONDON, September 12. Reuter confirms the arrival of the panic-stricken Kishineff and Odessa Jews at the river Pruth. Roumania is not admitting them. (A cable message a few days ago stated that pogroms were carried out at Kishineff and Lodz, and that over ninety Jews had been killed, while hundreds had fled towards the river Pruth with the object of escaping into Roumania).
