NEW SOUTH WALES ELECTIONS. Received September 12, 10.23 a.m. SYDNEY, September 12. The Premier estimates the state of parties as follows: — ' Liberals 52 Labour 30 Independents 8 Of the latter, two will vote with the Labour Party, and six with the Ministry. The Ministry gained six seats and lost six; Labour has won ten and lost four; while the Independents have gained three and lost nine. Received September 12, 9.16 p.m. SYDNEY, September 12. Labour scored another victory in the Hartley electorate, where the Ministerial candidate was ousted by a narrow majority. Received September 12, 9.55 p.m. SYDNEY, September 12. The local option poll is complete in twenty-nine electorates. Four electorates in Sydney voted for continuance of licenses, and the 25 others for reduction.
