OLD AGE PENSIONS.
Received September 11, 8.48 a.m. LONDON, September 10. Mr J. Hodge, Labour M.P. for Gorton, suggests a graduated tax on all incomes of over £I,OOO, or, in the alternative, taxation of land values, to provide old age pensions.
