The comet is a sore point with at least one person in this district, says the Otaki Mail. At Manakau, the other night, a local resident, armed with a pair of field glasses, was looking for the comet, and after searching the heavens for a considerable time, declared with joy that he had discovered it. He gazed with admiration at the object for some time, but imagine his disgust when the lovely planet turned out to be a burning tree in the distance. Miss N. Chillis, High Street, Carterton, N.Z , writes:—"l was a sufferer from chronic indigestion, and gave Chamberlain's Tablets a trial, with most satisfactory results. I can sincerely say that they are thebesi medicine I have ever used, and have pleasure in recommending them to all who suffer from indigestion in any form." For tale by all dealers.
