NORTHERN LAND BARGAINS.
The lands in the northern portion of the colony has of recent years attracted the attention of farmers on account of their productive value, in addition to the superiority of the climate. More especially is this the case with regard tq the land within easy access of the ports and railways, of which Auckland is the centre. These lands have become better known, and their value for dairying and stock fattening purposes is now so fully recognised, that the demand for improved properties, is rapidly increasing. On page Bof this issue Messrs Kountree and Co., land and estate agents, of Shortland Street,, Auckland, offer four first-class properties in the County of Whangarei. In this district the climate is such that very little extra provision is necessary for wintering stock, and dairying can be carried on almost with as much success as in the summer. The properties are easy of access by good roads, and a railway station is within four miles. The properties are worthy of the attention of those in search of good farms, and the fullest information can be obtained on atmlication.
