A REFORMATORY PRISON.

WELLINGTON, September 5
A Gazette issued, to-night, proclaims the west wing of the New Plymouth prison to be a reformatory prison under the Habitual Criminals and Offenders Act.
Gaoler Milling ton is appointed manager, Dr. A. McCleland surgeon, and Margaret O'Grady matron. „
