A TE ORE ORE PETITION. By Telegraph—Parliamentary Correspondent. WELLINGTON, September 4. The Native Affairs Committee reports that it has no recommendation to make with respect to the petition of 40 native petitioners of Te Ore Ore, praying that native land near Masterton be not acquired compulsorily for closer settlement.
