Surrey, Middlesex, Lancashire, Essex, and Kent follow in that order. (Last season the teams finished in this order:—Kent, Yorkshire, Surrey, Lancashire, Notts, Warwickshire, Essex, Hampshire, Gloucestershire, Sussex, Somerse, Middlesex and Northamptonshire (the last three being equal), Worcestershire, Leicestershire and Derbyshire.)
