WELLINGTON LICENSING COMMITTEE.
By Telegraph—Press Associition. WELLINGTON, September 2. The City Licensing Committee met to-day. The Chairman said that the Committee would insist on hot water being laid on to bars for sanitary purposes. An application for the transfer cf the license in respect of the Empire Hotel was adjourned pending certain Drovisions for escape in case of fire.
