SUPREME COURT SITTINGS.
By Telegraph—Press Association. AUCKLAND, September 2. In the Supreme Court, Mr Justice Denniston sentenced Thomas Marchmont, aged 18 years, to three months' imprisonment, and admitted Andrew Ramage, aged 16 years, to probation for twelve months, for breaking and entering at Gisborne. A Maori named Piripi, aged 20, was sentenced to twelve months' imprisonment for false pretences at Hawera.
