DECEASED WIFE'S SISTER.
Received August 30, 10.52 p.m. LONDON, August 30. The Archnishop of Canterbury has urged the clergy to refrain from solemnising the marriage ot a deceased wife's sister, or allowing the use o! their church for the same purpose. He argues that the discretion allowed the clergy covers the proclamation of the banns.
