WARRNAMBOOL TO MELBOURNE ROAD RACE.
+ By Telegraph—Press Association. CHRISTCHURCH, August 26. At a meeting of the Colonial League of Wheelmen, to-night, the selection committee reported that it had decided to approach A. Birch, H. Henderson, and G. Smith, and to choose two to represent New Zealand in the Warnambool to Melbourne road race. The men were to be allowed .ravelling expenses ar.d a'special piize was to be given to the New Zealand rider putting up the best performance.
