PARKVALE DAIRY COMPANY.

(From Our Carterton Correspondent.)

The seventh annual meeting of the Parkvaie Dairy Company was held in the Borough Council Chambers, yesterday, a large number of shareholders Deing present. Mr C. Lorenzen occupied the chair. The report and balance-sheet, after being read, was adopted on the motion of the chairman, seconded by Mr H. Rayner. Messrs W. A. Renall, G. E. Eaton and W. W. Ellis were added to the list of directors. On the motion of Mr G. E. Eaton, seconded by M* W. A. Renalt, it was resolved that Mr R. J. Chapman be re-elected auditor. Votes of thanks were accorded the manager, staff and secretary, and Mr Martin moved a vote of thanks to the directors. A vote of thanks to the -.hairman for presiding concluded the meeting.
