Auctioneers' Memoranda.

At their Masterton stock sale, today, Messrs Abraham and Williams, Ltd., will submit an entry of over 6,000 sheep of all ages. The greater part of the entries, however, are hoggets, for which it is anticipated there will be a good demand. At the farm, Tauherenikau, at 12.30 p.m., to-morrow, on account of Mr Hodder, Messrs Dalgety and Co., Ltd.. will offer at auction the whole of his superior herd of dairy cattle, pigs, and sundries. The list includes 80 specially selected cows due to calve in September and October, 20 heifers, and" 30 good yearlings. This sale offers an opportunity to dairy farmers to secure really good milkers for the season's profit. Messrs Abraham and Williams, Ltd., advertise opening entries for their Eketahuna stock sale on Friday, August 30th.
