WELLINGTON SUPREME COURT.
By Telegraph -Press Association. WELLINGTON, August 13. At the Supreme Court, to-day, the case in which Sydnej Macnamara was charged with having kept a common gaming house was concluded, accused being found net guilty. William Henry Oakcnfull pleaded not guilty to a charge of stealing £8 from Charles Ridehalgh, at Martinborough, but pleaded guilty to receiving money knowing it to have been stolen. The prosecution accepted this plea, and sentence was deferred. James Kennedy was acquitted on a charge of stealing £5 from Frederick Siegel at Mi sterton.
IN DIVORCE. Ey Telegraph—Press Association. Sitting in Divorce Mr Justice Cooper granted a rule nisi for dissolution of the marriage of John Mcllwhain with Amy Mcllwhain, on the ground of the latter's misconduct.
