SEVERAL HOURS FIGHTING. SEOUL. August 2. Three thousand Korean troops acquiesced in the disbandment and received gratuities. The major commanding one regiment committed suicide, whereupon the ti-oops attacked the Japanese. Several hours' fighting ensued between the Korean and Japanese troops. Sixty Koreans and forty Japanese were id lied or wounded.
