EGG-LAYING.
UTILITY CLUB'S COMPETITION. By Telegraph—Press Association. CiiRISTCHURCH, July 29. The official report for the tenth week of the Utility Poultry Club's third Egg-laying Competition-at Lincoln College shows that 951 eggs were laid during the week making the total to date 8,527. ! The highest results for the week were:—J. Tonge's White Leghorns 31, H. Hawke's Silver Wyandottes 29. The best totals to date areH. Hawke's Silver Wyandottes 261, J. Jacknian's Silver Wyandottes 261, T. Kennedy's Silver Wyandottes 255.
