RAISULI AND fIKAID MACLEAN FROM A TRIBE.

LONDON, July 26.

"Reuter's Tangier correspondent '.states that a messenger who has returned from Raisuli's camp, states that the Hakmass tribe is willing to surrender Sir Harry Maclean, provided the Sultan personally proceeds to the country to pardon them, excuse them from service in the Imperial army, and relieve them of taxes. The tribe refuse to deliver up Raisuli, but guarantee his good behaviour if pardoned, and property is returned.
